Day School

HOURS
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday - Sunday
CLOSED

Located just 25 minutes north of Seattle, we offer the best doggie Day School experience in the area! Drop off your pup in the morning for them to enjoy social play with other pups and built in naps to prevent over-stimulation. Our experienced staff is always there to supervise and ensure safety is the top priority.

PRICES:
$475 - 10 Day Package
$445 - Renewals of 10 Day Package

Due to COVID-19, we’ve adjusted our age requirement for Day School puppies to a minimum of nine weeks old. If your puppy is up-to-date on their age-appropriate vaccines and have undergone a veterinary wellness check with your veterinarian (not the puppy’s breeder), we invite you to bring your puppy to participate in our amazing Day School program. Our greatest concern for puppies born during a pandemic is they will miss out on crucial socialization and experiences that would help them become well-rounded adult dogs. Day School can help your pup meet their developmental milestones that move them in a positive direction.

Email us at info@puppymanners.com to schedule your dog’s first “day drop”
to qualify for our Day School program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A wellness visit with your veterinarian with a clear fecal (parasites & giardia)

• A scheduled “day drop” for our team to evaluate your dog or puppy’s temperament and sociability (this applies to dogs or puppies of any age)

• Your dog or puppy must tolerate taking naps in crates

• Dogs need to be neutered/spayed after 9 months of age or earlier if they exhibit hormonally-driven behavior

• “Rescued” dogs must reside in the home at least one month prior to attending our Day School program

Private Lessons

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(email us at info@puppymanners.com to schedule)

Everyone can benefit from one of our private lessons, but our first-time puppy parents and families with young children certainly benefit the most. In our experience, we see puppies come miles with just one private lesson! We’ll go over crating, sleep schedules, rules and boundaries for your puppy and help your family get on the same page. Mouthiness and destructive behavior? We see these issues get resolved after just one lesson! Our lessons range from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your needs.

PRICES
1.5 Hours - $150
2 Hours - $200

Virtual Consultations

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
(email us at info@puppymanners.com to schedule)

Even before COVID-19, sometimes all you need is helpful pep talk over the phone or via a Zoom call. That’s when we offer our Virtual Consultations!

PRICES
30 Minutes - $55
60 Minutes - $105

We highly recommend our virtual consults before your puppy has even come home!
We can advise on where to keep your puppy’s crate, first steps in potty bell training, as well as provide helpful tips on typical puppy issues that are sure to come up. We’ll follow up with a crating schedule PDF and some helpful training tip PDFs in an email.

Virtual lessons are NOT recommended for dogs with aggression issues.
We have a wonderful referral program that can help you.
Email us to learn more about our referral program.

Board & Train

We offer board & train programs for your puppy or young dog with our lead trainer George Chaney! Our program includes social play at our Day School AND in-home, real family living experience.

So what do we mean by “in home”? Your puppy will come to Puppy Manners Day School with George during the weekday and return home with George to live in his house with his wife, Carly, and their three young children. Living in the house with family members is "key" to our program’s success.

We only accept 2-3 dogs per month, so if you’re interested in our programs, email us soon, as our books fill up about 6-8 weeks in advance.

Our program is ideal for families who need a “jumpstart” to their puppy’s training or you want your adolescent puppy or dog to have better manners in public (we commonly refer to it as the “don’t embarrass me in public” program).

Board & Trains are for those who are ready to maintain the training after your pup goes home with you! Need more information? Email us!
